It's not only running fitness that you require, but upper body fitness too. This is equally important and you should exercise on a daily basis to strengthen your arms and stomach. It is not advisable to try to copy these tests at home - follow the general fitness training advice and you will be able to meet the standards. The better prepared you are, will allow you to give each of the tests your best effort and achieve a good result so start your fitness training as earlier as possible. Dont leave it to the last minute!! |
