The Helpdesk is situated at the front of the Administration Wing.
Services for Students and Staff include:-
- Distribution and despatch of mail – currently issuing incoming mail to Staff and the following houses - Trenchard, Stirling and Alanbrooke during the week and to all houses on Saturdays. Also available is a postal service akin to the service received at most nationwide post offices.
- End of Term Travel tickets are requested and issued from the Helpdesk in the form of train tickets and flight warrants (this is only available for the end and beginning of an academic term). Tickets are issued for Medical, emergency and CCF course travel.
- Administrative services – laminating, printing, photocopying and facsimile services are available upon request.
- Activate Infineer Cards and repair any errors that may occur.
- Central Booking service for facilities:- Conference Room, Unwin Hall, Quorum and AV Room
- Central Booking Request service for: - Transport, Catering and Maintenance.
A full administrative service is available on request for third party. A charge for these services would be applied, prices available on request.
