Archery
Welbeck archery club runs from 0900 to 1200 every Sunday morning. Currently this time is split into two sessions to allow everyone to shoot as many arrows as possible in the time. A qualified coach comes in to supervise and, along with help from a couple of students, coaches beginners. After a couple of sessions most students are able to shoot on their own but coaching is still available for those that want it. Each session usually begins with practice and coaching and ends with a small competition. There are currently three foam targets to shoot at as well as left- and right-handed recurve bows (and plenty of arrows)!
